[T3] Bad FI day

a quick way to diagnose a bad head temp sensor is throw a 51ohm resistor in
there instead, it will be a little tough to start since it will think its
hot when its cold but it will start.  Generally, when the head temp sensors
fail its cause salt got down in there and they open up and then you have a
no-start, but an intermittant is possible too
