All the pre-ordered, pre-paid with shipping, shirts went out yesterday. Everyone should have them by the end of the week....except for Rob in Australia. Yours might take a little longer. 

I updated the website with a couple of more Invaders. 

Jill and I also made our reservation at the host hotel....getting real now. Less than 3 months to go....
