[T3] fuel pressure gauge

Hello all!  Does anyone have a photo of the hookup and gauge from Harbor Freight that I would need to adjust my fuel pressure? Not sure which gauge I need.  Also should I set my pressure at 30 psi?  I have a stock '73 FI engine and live in Massachusetts where we have gas with 10% ethanol.  Thanks!  Doug
