your lambda sensor is in the wrong spot, your getting condensation in it on
the cold mornings.  You need to mount it on the right end of the muffler, up
top, angled down so moisture wont collect on it, they are heated but still
can collect moisture and give erronious readings.

 

lean on acceleration could be a pressure switch issue, Jim knows more about
these than I do as far as how reliable those are over time.
