We're busy making plans for some Arizona sight-seeing before the Invasion,
and have a few ideas such as Planes of Fame, and the meteorite crater, but
we welcome any suggestions. Anything unmissable in Phoenix, Flagstaff,
Sedona, and Williams areas?

42 days until Jill and I head out for the Invasion! Hard to believe it is
only 6 weeks away. Time to start finalizing the caravaning plans, making
hotel reservations along the route, doing the final shake-down of the cars,
and all the other last minute things before heading out on a 4000+ mile
round trip in 50 year old cars. This is going to be epic!

I updated the Invasion website with all of the latest info. More updates to
come in the next few weeks.

If anyone else has figured out their route to the Invasion let me know and I
will add it to the map. It can be helpful in making caravaning plans with
others along the routes.

If anyone wants to hook up with the caravan coming from Michigan, e-mail me
at john at carartbyjohn.com and we can start to make some detailed plans for
meeting up.

Later,
John Jaranson

Sedona Red rock country and Jerome which is right behind the invasion site. Tuzigoot Nation Park, Jerome Historic State Park, which is all about the mining done here. Drive around Prescott, Whiskey Row famous saloons. If you did the really big stuff first I say stay pretty local maxed out no farther one way is 50 miles. Plenty to see and do. Clarkdale, Old town Cottonwood. If you do this right it's bam, bam, bam! Camp Verde, Nation parks are there too all this could be done in one l day. But save Prescott for half a day. The views are great there. Prescott is super great. I know all the views and would love to tour anyone who wants to see great Prescott sights. You won't believe it until you see it. For starters, Google Watson lake dells. Images. Oh wow! I have planned lead the Prescott tour on Friday. I can show you the world tallest single home which stands at 116 feet tall from ground to top of roof. It's for sale. With great views.

Kenny and Sue Rogers,
your hosts
