[T3] Thermostat linkage spring?

It looks similar but has a different part number so is probably not the same
strength/length etc.
It's no.27 in the parts book picture at the website below, which may also
give an idea where it fits:-

It looks like an original return spring for dual Solex carburetors to me?
They hook to the dual slots on both engine tins & face straight up to the
carburetors.
