[T3] Hard starting.

When this happens it will take some extra cranking of the  engine before it 
will start as the fuel pump needs to re-fill the float  bowls.
 
This is another reason I went to an electric fuel pump. By letting it  run 
for a minute, it primes up the carb bowls and the car is ready to start.  
And, once the engine is warmed it, it'll re-start just like FI does. : )
