bigger pumps tend to have more flow but less pressure.

Toby isn't on the list anymore.

As to hose length and pump size...
I have 9 ft of hose on my mid-engine notch and I don't have much issue with
oil temps.
Also, too much pump can be a bad thing!  Btdt...  Stock pump size is fine
for all but extreme engines.
