[T3] Type 3 front break calipers

Cincy, I am starting to lean to the rubber line just from how its acted the last few days.
So I figure I will try that first as I plan on changing them either way.

Also make sure it isnt just the rubber line. I replaced mine a while back. Come to find out it was just the rubber line.
Just some advice i learned from.
