They'll fit okay on the stock 4.5" rims. The radial equivalent of 6.00-15 is 
165R15. I don't know what 6.50 comes to.

The most likely effect is that these are slightly taller than 165R15s, so you're 
going a bit faster than your speedo says, and you're putting on slightly more 
miles than your odometer indicates.

OTOH, if your 6.50s are a lower than "standard" profile, you could have the 
opposite effect.

It's very important that the drive wheels have the same tire size. Otherwise, 
the differential is working all the time and it can actually wear out.
