[T3] Battery Voltage

I'll have to dig out my Schumacher Battery Chargers (I've got two). And
check to see which one will be appropriate to use.
One is a charger; the other is a "Maintainer".

The Maintainer says:  "It has a "smart circuit" that (it says) only charges
when the battery voltage goes low."  How low?  Unknown.
And I don't recall the rate of charge.

In previous winters I've left the battery hooked up to the Maintainer for
months.  I don't think I've ever seen the DCV get up to 14.4.
