[T3] Fan Closure

I seem to recall that at the center of the fan there is supposed to be a
plastic cover to keep stuff from getting to the large fan bolt.

I don't have one anymore that I can find.

I've been looking, but haven't found what the proper name for it is, which
makes searching for one challenging.

Anyone know where one can be obtained?
