[T3] Full load stop on the MPS

With the E version, there is no full load adjustment, just those contacts
saying to go for it. you can move the whole curve up with fuel pressure and
I did that, the adjustment in the MPS is for partial load only, and back
down on that but tracking to a good mixture over the whole curve isnt going
to happen with the T3 based system, I can get the partial load just fine but
then it leans out to 16 under full or near full load.

Just a thought about full load mixtures.
The latest D-jet had a full load contact in the TPS, I think. But there is
secondary driver to full or near-full load, and that's the "plug" on the
MPS. The position of this plug is an adjustment of the enrichment at full
load, which the ECU translates into longer pulses. This is the easiest to
adjust, since it is the outermost reachable adjustment, and since full
throttle is where you are having issues, I'd try adjusting that until you
get a better combo of basic mature, part load, and with this adjustment,
full load performance.
