[T3] my 69 fastback wont start

Hey Jim its me again. I pulled the spark plugs they were really black and
number two looked like it hadn't been touched. Number two was super clean.
So running to rich and maybe my plug wire was off? So I cleaned the plugs
and made sure all the wires were plugged in. It still didn't start. I also
don't know if i'm hearing two regulator clicks anymore. I also made sure
the cap and distributor were installed right.
