[T3] rear wheel alignment

Last year there was a discussion about rear toe on the Samba.  Please read it all the way through, since there were some corrections (swing vs. IRS, for example) along the way.

Upshot was that older swing axle cars like a little toe-out, while IRS likes zero to slight toe-in.
