[T3] Fuel Pump not Running

If it sat for 7 years in the car, with gas drying out inside it, that probably left 
gas residue in it which has gummed it up.

Does it draw current? (Was there a spark when you connected it to the 
battery?) If so, I might be able to free it up for minimal cost if you send it 
back to me. If not, it might need more expensive work to free it.

Unfortunately, Melissa and I are taking off for parts west in about a week, so 
there's probably no way I can do this before I leave, and we'll be gone for 
about 4 weeks. I'd be happy to take care of it when I get back.
