[T3] proper carb spacers?

I wish I had taken some photos when I was installing the carbs but the stack goes like this, top down:

1) carb complete w/ throttle section (there is a thin paper gasket visible between carb main body and throttle section)

2) carb base gasket (paper)

3) phenolic spacer

4) carb base gasket (paper)

5) manifold

I’ll try and get a pic later when I’m near the car. 

The parts book on the samba is unclear on this because it’s missing the page with the part numbers for the items shown in the diagram with regard to these parts.
