[T3] Speedometer Not Rest at Home

This is something I could fix in the course of one of my standard speedo 
overhauls. That could be done on either your original or replacement 
speedo. On the late speedo with trip odometer, it would be worthwhile for me 
to fix the odometer at the same time, because those often fail by now. My 
price for this job is only $60, or '$65 if the trip odo knob is one of the '71 
chrome ones, plus return shipping. I can usually repair the broken needle, 
but I have good replacements if needed.

I don't think either job is a DIY project. I've made special tools to get in and 
out of the speedos, and to fix the odo problem, without damaging anything.
