I might have missed it.

It was sitting for a year ?

Drain all fuel. Change the fuel filter.

Could be bad fuel and water that has separated from the fuel.

Interestingly, T4's never got the Pressure sensor WITHOUT the diaphragm
What we do need to check is that the 1.8L T4 motors were L jet, all the
others were D jet.
