There is always Porche Classic Motor Oil 20W50. Developed for air cooled
engines. Not cheap but I only change my oil once a year.

I have been running Kendall 527-7138 GT-1 High Performance SAE 20W-50 Motor
Oil with Liquid Titanium with no issues for a long while now.

I've been using a Lucasoil product that's a zinc additive for modern oil in
flat tappet engines, like ours. IIRC, a bottle costs about $10 and half a
bottle does 1 Type 3 engine oil change.

Google: Lucas TB Zinc-Plus

That will get you to the Lucas site, with a full description, including a
tech sheet with zinc content.
