[T3] 71 emergency flasher and turn signal help

JIm as I said he also has a no start issue happened after the T/S rt side
issue. I recall reading through his thread on Samba and recall something
about some sort of replacement IGN switch which was just to get by temp. I
don't know if that's been repaired.
