It occurs to me that it's possible that something metal could have fallen into 
the crack between the steering wheel and the steering column. If this fell into 
the wrong place it might be able to make a short between just one side of the 
TS circuit. The odds are small, but it's worth considering.

It's also possible that the serpentine spring on that switch has come out of 
position and caused this problem.

Neither of these possibilities are likely. The most likely cause is in the RF or 
RR TS bulb base.
