[T3] calibrate fuel gauge

But has anyone seen a fuel gauge with red segment on a Type 3? Sounds like an aftermarket one with too little resistance maybe?

That's the common fault, but that pushes the needle downward, while 
Daniel's complaint is that his needle runs too high. Like Dave suggested, 
adding a few extra Ohms would push things in the right direction.
