[T3] Of all the days to drive a Camry!

well its cold here in the Northeast and today was the day to get the winter
car out, so on the way to my mothers house in her Camry

what should come pulling up to the intersection a mile from my house? a
Squareback!  '66!  I about jumped out of my seat!  Been 10 or 15 years

since ive seen another Squareback in town on the road that wasnt here to
visit ME!  And here I am in a camouflage car blending right in!

 

There was a guy on the street I was on that had one, but its been those 10
or 15 years since ive seen it...  and this car didnt make that turn onto his
street.

had I been driving my 71, what are the chances, in the Northeast, of 2
Squarebacks coming up to the same intersection at the same time... and in
NOVEMBER!

I would have kept right on going into the stewarts across the street to buy
a lottery ticket!

 

Turns out when I went back home that Squareback was indeed Cory's, up in his
driveway, so I guess he still has it and its still on the road but again,
What are the chances?

well... what are the chances that another Squareback even resides only a
mile from me?

 

Glad to see he still has it!

Now off to a winter driving a boring Chrysler...  sigh!
