[T3] Anyone know what the black bosch T-3 coils should read?

I have a spare one and as always it was in the last box I looked in.

 I read 2.9 Ohm across 1 and 15 and 9.76K ohm from either to the coil to
cap.

 Is it ever necessary to remove the two nuts and clean that connection? Or
just read from a cleaned stud end to the 1/4" male?

 I haven't checked the one in my car yet I will , it works and I've never
changed it.
