There's also holes at the lower corners of the rear window frame that drain primer after dipping during manufacture. The tape stuck over those should be replaced if removed during work, or you will get leaks.

Okay, pretty stripped, but still heavier than you might expect. 4 strong people
might be able to carry it a short distance. Being able to stand inside the
cabin and trunk can be helpful.
As for the source of the water that rusted out the cargo floor, also look
carefully at the rear inner fender wells. That's another common water entry
area.
