Look under the back seat, screwed to the kick panel, behind the 
driver's seat. One of the relays there will be the FI main power 
relay. You can tell which one it is by feeling it when you turn the 
key ON. You can feel it click as the key turns ON.

There is a large red wire that runs from the battery + to that relay. 
If that wire has come loose from the battery, the FI won't run.

There are 2 white wires that run from the relay to the FI brain. They 
should both be hot whenever the key is ON. If either is not, the FI 
can't run.
