I've tried several times to work something out that will work to my
satisfaction, but I keep coming up empty. Part of the problem is that the OE
VW setup puts the inside indicators out of phase with the outside lights.
This
minimizes the current variation. Admittedly, the inside current is minimal.
While this may seem like a worthwhile change, keep in mind that all
aircooled VWs were done this way. It's a non-problem, once you get used to
it. It's not like you were going to forget which way you switched the TS
stalk
or were unable to feel which way that stalk was pushed.
