[T3] Seal issue

That’s the short lipped seal, use some RTV in there and be done with it.
The short lipped seals need sealing help BUT my experience with them is that
the rubber is MUCH better and long lasting
As opposed to the long lip seals which fit better but then the rubber goes
to pot a year after they are installed.

This eal was fine when we initially installed it. Noticed today that the
upper right corner has pulled back. Any ideas?
