Sorry, just taking this from the parts book.

311 853 577		all cars up into early '65
				'66-on, M233: 315-318, 365-368
				'66-on, M108: 311, 313, 361, 363

311 853 577 A	the rest of '65
				'66-on, M234: 311-314, 361-364

M108 & M233 are "simplified versions" (lower trim levels)

M234 was "chome and interior levels as in model 311" from '67-on.

This kind of detail takes you down the rabbit hole very quickly. All US cars 
probably got the A version.
