If it's just one drop, and you don't see a big wet spot where you park, it's 
nothing to worry about. Sometime when you're under there, it wouldn't hurt to 
take 12 and 13 mm wrenchs and go around all the nuts you can reach from 
below and make sure nothing is loose. Feel all around the rubber boots at 
the inner end of the swing axle to make sure they're intact.

The MT gear oil should be changed every 30,000 miles, but you should 
check it occasionally to make sure that the level is good. With the car level, 
the oil should be up to the bottom of the fill hole (17 mm Allen wrench.)

If you decide to change the oil, use a GL-4 gear oil, which can be a little 
hard to find. Be sure to clean all the wear particles off the magnet in the 
drain plug when you do this.
