[T3] Upper rear shock bolt

This seems to be my day for shock issues

This bolt is supposed to be correct for the upper rear shock. 65mm

But it runs out of thread way too soon. Clearly it's the wrong bolt.
What is the right bolt?

The subframe is from my old 68 if it matters
