[T3] Loses Power After Running

 Hmm, good thought.  It has the vent hose in place, but there's no guarantee that it's not clogged.  That would also fit with the slow up and down pattern.

 There have been fuel starvation problems when the fuel tank cap is a non breathing type, causing a partial vacuum to develop in the tank.  Try loosening the cap next time it happens to check it’s not that.
