[T3] Wipers

Thanks everyone.  I may just search for another wiper arm to match the
pinch-bolt style that I already have one of.  How does the little retaining
ring come off of the wiper shaft in order to pull it out of the tube?  I
couldn't get anything under it to pop it off.
