Yes, it does. There should be a small piece of tape on the white plastic back 
that covers a hole where you can find an adjustment screw.

Note that these clocks never seemed to keep good time, and they also seem 
to be rather temperature dependent.

I can rework them and get them to run better, but I can't seem to get them to 
keep particularly good time.
