Yes, they are OE quality.

Clean with plain water. Wet/dry paper w/water to polish up the pistons and 
bores. Rinse with water then with any kind of alcohol; I use denatured. Let 
dry overnight. I do them in my laundry sink in the basement, under a small 
stream of running water.
