[T3] Governor cover clip?

That’s a funny story. Sort of!

The past two years my neighbour and I have been working to get this car back on the road. He was test driving it yesterday and I watched the governor cover roll to the boulevard. Not sure exactly why it failed. Possibly he overfilled it?  We found the cover but not the clip.
