Yes, FI.  White with a red interior. Automatic.I don't feel any sort of 'click' on the TS lever.  Would that suggest a problem with the lever or the relay?The vehicle was sitting out for many years and I suspect the moisture has caused corrosion/connection issues.  Lots to sort out there.I did manage to find 165/15 inch tires at the local farm supply store.
