John,
You can put me down for both the Early Bird and Saturday dinners. I'll also
plan to join a caravan once those materialize.
I'm impressed by how many are already on your list. There are a lot of
familiar names, as well as some unfamiliar ones, including some from
Wisconsin that I'm ashamed to admit I don't know. (Unless, of course, I know
them but just don't remember their names. That would be typical of me.)
I've been on the road a lot recently, but havn't seen a single Type 3 so far.
There was a '33 Ford in the motel parking lot last night, but it had a newer
drive train and much newer wheels. The wheels really didn't work with the
rest of the car, but they may have been necessary to go with the updated
drive train and, I'm assuming, brakes.
Can I count the 2 Edsals in front of one of the businesses in Tucamcari?
There was a husk of a Baracuda being trailered in a gas station this
afternoon. I assume it's headed somewhere for a second life.
