[T3] Horn Issue

Thanks for all of the info on the horn issue. I measured the ohms at
about 180 but it hasn't been a real problem since I connect a battery
tender every time I have the car at home. The reason the 65 Notch is
called "Frankie" is because when I got her, some parts are not from a
65 but rather a 68 mainly. Some I got the correct 65 and some I have
kept as 68. The upper part of the steering column is 68, which was
helpful for getting the correct parts for making the turn arm return
to center from ISP. My solution for the horn was to move the feed to
only be hot with the ignition on. Had to lower the fuse box and move
the wire but was successful even with the seat and steering wheel in
place. I have a 12 fuse setup so not too much connected to each fuse.
Only took about 1 1/2 hours for an old (84) fat guy. Someday I may
decide to truly figure out why the draw on the ground side but for now
it works fine. The minimal draw with the alternator running is not an
issue.
