Minus 18 F here this morning, and with a bit of a brisk wind. It's not expected 
to get up to zero until about 10 AM Sunday. In about 9 days, it may get up to 
~20 F.  

I talked to another Madison Squareback owner this morning. He asked when 
would be a good time to bring his car over. Since I do all my car work in my 
driveway, I suggested April or May.  

In the meantime, feel free to send me parts for rebuilding. I do those in my 
relatively warm basement. This is a good time to start getting ready for 
spring, as Max is doing.
