[T3] '72 FI won't idle down

[[[ There's even a small restriction in the IAD front cover ]]]

 

Where is this restriction, Jim? All 4 of the IAD's front covers I have: have
a metal pipe on them (that goes to the PVC), and that pipe is attached to
the front cover plate, which has an ID of .312 where it comes through the
cover plate.
