I should add that if spending a night in Madison would help anyone coming 
from the east or south, there are spare beds and soft floors enough for 
several people here. I've got one queen size bed and one double fold-out 
couch, plus another couch and enough floor space for several sleeping 
bags.

Eau Claire is about 3 hours north of here, an easy half day drive.

I'll plan to leave here on Thursday right after lunch, so this invitation is for 
Wednesday night.

On the way home, the same spots are available. I'm assuming that would be 
for Sunday night but Monday night is also possible.

Please let me know in advance if you'd like to stop here for a night.
