<p>One of the current threads threads mentioned speeds for gears. </p>
<p>I have been meaning to ask this question.</p>
<p>What are the average speeds for each gear 1-3 4th is a given <img class="EmojiInsert" alt="😉" style="vertical-align: bottom;" src="cid:0adf5c87-0f9c-473e-a60f-ea20bae7d38b"></p>
<p>I remember my 74 Bug had marks in the speedo for when to shift.</p>
<p>The gear ratios of my 72 are different it seems and first is too low for my liking but overall not bad.</p>
