Indeed the pedal stop plate kept coming loose. I saw in the parts book that there is supposed to be a wavy washer under the bolt that holds it down and I was missing the wavy washer. Ever since I replaced the wavy washer, I haven't had any issues with the pedal stop bolt loosening up by itself. Let’s see how long this lasts. I put some blue Loctite on the bolt this time around. Also, I have a new brake light switch but realized I don’t have a new boot laying around to replace the decayed one that’s currently on there. Any harm in driving a few more days with only one working brake light switch while I wait on a boot?</div></body></html>
