</head><body><p>Hey all! My ‘73 original fastback go motor with 93,000 miles nedds rebuilding but I don’t have the mechanical skills to do it. Anyone know someone in the Mass area who could do it? If not I could transport it to someone who could within reason. Thanks! It's brave to continue well past the normal<br>service life to find out when it will expire, perhaps catastrophically.<br>Better to rebuild before that happens.<br><br>I know my engine is coming up to a rebuild as it rumbles for a few seconds<br>until the oil pressure comes up. Ive got a set of genuine Brazillian Mahle's,<br>old stock COFAP cam, NOS oil pump housing, still looking for old stock<br>lifters and a good Crank, can we still get quality bearings?<br><br>and the case has almost 250K mi on it now, should I try and re-use that<br>again?
