I'm pretty sure the mountings were already there, but the belts were only diagonal, not 3-point, and made in Sweden.<br>Our '59 Bug was also dealer fitted with diagonal front belts from new, but there were no factory mountings, just threaded plates and screws. What stopped me was that the<br>outboard anchors were in the slightly to moderately rust floor.
