We have the same arms , mine are both the same . The blades I have I think I got them from a small VW independent shop , they were Bosch , the shop no longer exists. Last blade refill I got at Chief Auto who also no longer exists , seems no one sells refills any longer, sort of a rip if you ask me. He is winter storage, which means he's covered up, 10 feet up in</p><p class=MsoNormal>the air, and no battery to initiate wiper travel - but I was able climb up</p><p class=MsoNormal>and measure the passenger side wiper. His wipers are the all metal silver</p><p class=MsoNormal>arms and nuts, and the passenger arm measures the same 12 13/16" in length.</p><p class=MsoNormal>(It is too risky for me to try and measure the drivers side arm right now.)</p><p class=MsoNormal>The blades are 14" (rubber prolly closer to 13.750" in reality). Jim has a</p><p class=MsoNormal>great memory - the 15" wipers did hit the windshield rubber seal and the 14"</p><p class=MsoNormal>wipers do not.</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Maybe another factor here is I installed the windshield with an aftermarket</p><p class=MsoNormal>seal. I used the correct seal with the provisions for the chrome accent trim</p><p class=MsoNormal>all around the seal, and I wonder if the aftermarket seals may be a ~little~</p><p class=MsoNormal>wider that what the factory used?
