<div class="PlainText">It sounds like the #19 wire is connected, or the end broke off.  This wire is in the engine compartment to the left of center on the front wall. If it's discconnected, the ECU won't give the fuel pump a ground.<br>

<div class="PlainText">I may have to cut in to the loom around the harness to go back further to see if it internally broke. This harness is getting so brittle. As you can see I have already had to splice more wire on the end of it because it keeps breaking. <br>
