Porsche claims their own engineers developed it for or their air cooled engines. Pricey oil if you drive your car a lot. For me if I drive 500 miles that is a lot. Too many cars.

There is always Porche Classic Motor Oil 20W50. Developed for air cooled<br>

engines. Not cheap but I only change my oil once a year.<br>

I have been running Kendall 527-7138 GT-1 High Performance SAE 20W-50 Motor<br>

Oil with Liquid Titanium with no issues for a long while now.<br>

I've been using a Lucasoil product that's a zinc additive for modern oil in<br>

flat tappet engines, like ours. IIRC, a bottle costs about $10 and half a<br>

bottle does 1 Type 3 engine oil change.<br>

That will get you to the Lucas site, with a full description, including a<br>

tech sheet with zinc content.<br>
